The District Conference of 3131 for "EARLY ACT" was conducted on 15/01/2017 . Rotary Club Of Pune Warje, Rotary Club Of Pune Deccan Gymkhana, Rotary Club Of Pune Heritage sponsored the event . The conference was designed for development of children. The Puppet show, Lecture Group activities and Games where conducted of the participants.
